Order process:

After confirming the style, provide the content you want to customize (any text is acceptable), and if necessary, also provide the font name (or our store's font number)/font style image. If there is no font requirement, it will be made according to the default font of the product.

2. The default size of the necklace chain is 45+5cm. If other sizes are needed, please note them. If the chain is too long, please contact customer service for confirmation first.

3. After payment, we will produce the drawings within 1-2 days. Once completed, we will confirm the drawings with you. If you are concerned about not being able to see the backend message in a timely manner, you can also leave a note with your phone number when placing the order for easy contact.

4. The production time is 5-10 days, and special styles may require additional production time depending on the situation.

If you fail to specify the font, pattern, etc. you require after placing the order, and your message remains unreplied to within 24 hours, the product will be produced according to the default format, with any consequences borne by the buyer.
